Shipping

All items will be shipped via Canada Post within Canada and to the US.  International will be shipped UPS.

Shipments within Canada will be shipped Expedited Parcel with delivery anywhere from 1 day to 7 business days. At this time, we cannot set shipping rates at checkout for each province. And we will refund any extra shipping fees charged.

Shipments to the continental United States will be shipped Tracked Packet with delivery anywhere from 3-10 business days.

All other International Shipments will be shipped UPS or similar and include tracking.  Unfortunately, shipping via Small Packet Air is no longer available due to the frequent number of packages that go missing.

All hats will be shipped safely and securely in a sturdy cardboard box.

Your package may be subject to customs/duties charges. Grip or Token are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Grip or Token cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be.

Shipping rates include cost of postage and shipping supplies. If for some reason the shipping rate you are charged is drastically more then the actual shipping, we will send you a refund. This usually only happens with orders of 3 or more caps.
